Subscription Sales Agreement
This Subscription Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Stroke Rehab Alliance /Stroke.Rehab/ Brain Rehab Research Ltd. ("Provider") and [Subscriber's Full Name] ("Subscriber"), effective as of the date signed below or registered as the date when agreement box has been clicked.
1. Subscription Benefits and Entitlements
Upon activation of the subscription, the Subscriber will have access to the following exclusive benefits:
- Annual access to a 7- or 10-day intensive retreat provided by Stroke Rehab Alliance, in one of our available locations worldwide, with the option to arrange their own accommodation if preferred.
- Freedom to select any available retreat, at any time, subject to availability and eligibility requirements.
- Tailor-made home training program after attendance at an intensive retreat.
- One-on-one or one-on-two personalized training provided by rigorously educated professionals.
- Access to monthly group calls with Arjan, featuring the latest stroke rehabilitation updates and Q&A sessions.
- Up to a 50% discount on Stroke Rehab Alliance home fitness machines (coming 2025–2026).
- Price protection for retreats, with the guarantee that retreat pricing remains fixed at the subscription rate at the time of enrollment.
Community Benefits
- Membership support for the development of stroke rehabilitation tools for home use, which promotes affordable access for all.
- Contribution to ongoing neuroscience research conducted in collaboration with leading institutions, including the publication of new training methodologies in peer-reviewed journals.
2. Subscription Term
The Subscriber agrees to a subscription with a minimum term of one (1) year. However, should the Subscriber decide to cancel their subscription before the end of the term, they retain the following rights:
- Entitlement Preservation: All benefits accrued up to the date of cancellation will be preserved and reserved for the Subscriber.
- Reactivation Rights: The Subscriber may reactivate their subscription at any time and will resume benefits at the point where they left off prior to cancellation.
3. Retreat Eligibility and Selection
- Annual Retreat Entitlement: The Subscriber is entitled to one intensive retreat per subscription year, in the location and timing of their choosing from the options available.
- Minimum Membership Period for Retreats: The Subscriber must maintain an active subscription for at least four (4) consecutive months before they are eligible to attend their first retreat.
- Retreat Options: The Subscriber may choose either a 7-day or 10-day intensive retreat, all-inclusive of training and program resources, or with the option to arrange their own accommodation.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
- The Subscriber agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee as specified at the time of enrollment. This fee will secure all benefits listed in this Agreement, with no additional charges for access to annual retreats, group calls, or other standard benefits outlined herein.
5. Discounts for Referral
Subscribers who bring in five (5) new members to the Stroke Rehab Alliance through their referral will be eligible for a 50% discount on their subscription fee for one year.
6. Price Protection
Upon subscribing, the Subscriber is guaranteed that the price of retreats and other benefits will remain at the subscription rate in effect at the time of their initial enrollment, regardless of any future price increases.
7. Changes and Modifications
Stroke Rehab Alliance/ Stroke.Rehab/ Brain rehab Research Ltd. reserve the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement, including subscription benefits, in order to improve the program and better serve its members.
8. Termination and Cancellation
- The Subscriber may terminate their subscription at any time for the reasons sted below, with entitlement to benefits accrued up to the termination date.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified during the purchase process.
---------------------------------8.1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION
You may terminate your subscription after a minimum commitment of one year. Termination requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
8.2. TEMPORARY SUBSCRIPTION SUSPENSION
We understand that unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances may arise, such as long-term illness, loss of income, or other dire circumstances. In such cases, you may request a temporary suspension of your subscription.
Requests must be substantiated with appropriate documentation. Each case will be evaluated individually, and approval will be at the sole discretion of Stroke.Rehab and Brain Rehab Research Ltd.
You may not temporarily stop your subscription more than one time a year.
--------------------------------- - Stroke Rehab Alliance reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for any breach of terms by the Subscriber, in which case all remaining entitlements will be forfeited.
9. Agreement Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cyprus (domicile of Brain Rehab Research Ltd).
10. Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Subscription Sales Agreement.
